Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation for a period of 60 days. This requirement does not apply to claims for intellectual property infringement or urgent injunctive relief.
